Inspired by the amazing Project 365 by Dustin (@ded – tech and photographer extraordinaire) and made an online pact with @rohittandon (tech, artist and DJ extraordinaire) I embarked on a 2010 project: Creative 365. Every day I will find, research, and/or do something that’s creative.
Why am I doing this?
Foremost I want to prove to myself that aside from the regular blogging that I can stick to something worthwhile. I believe seeking out different sources of inspiration opens up one’s mind. This keeps the mind and senses engaged and challenged which helps broaden the individual’s capacity to be more creative in all aspects of their life.
My very loose guidelines are:
1) Search or take photos
2) Find an inspiring graphic, image, or art piece
3) Draw
4) Search or write some sort of poem or quote
5) Find a website with a cool design
6) Cook
I hope you’ll enjoy this long, probably at times frustrating, and fun journey with me.
